For everyday moisture, apply a very small amount to damp or slightly moisturized hair, focusing primarily on the lengths and ends. Start with a small amount and add more only if your hair needs it.

For a deeper moisture treatment, apply to clean, damp hair, concentrating on the driest areas and ends. Cover with a shower cap and use gentle heat for approximately 45 minutes, or leave on overnight if your hair tolerates overnight treatments. Shampoo thoroughly afterward and follow your normal conditioning routine.
